Das Present Perfect ist die Zeitform, die in der Regel Handlungen in der Vergangenheit ausdrückt, die eine Verbindung zum Präsens haben.
Die Bildung des Present Perfects ist einfach, wobei es hier viele unregelmässige Verben gibt, die man lernen muss.
Generell gilt: to have + past participle
Positive Aussagen:
I/you/we/they have played
he/she/it has played
Negative Aussagen:
I/you/we/they have not played
he/she/it does have not played
Im Englischen verwenden wir diese Zeitform in den folgenden Zusammenhängen:
Um Handlungen auszudrücken, die eine Verbindung zur Gegenwart haben :
I have lost my keys ( So I can not open the doors now).
Um Handlungen auszudrücken, die gerade eben beendet wurden:
She has just finished her exam.
Meistens geschieht dies mit dem Signalwort Just.
Um Handlungen oder Zustände auszudrücken, die bis in die Gegenwart andauern:
He has never been to Germany.
